Swad Samriddhi values your trust. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy.
Refunds Are Accepted If:
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired upon delivery
Wrong product/expired product:
Please do not accept the package if there are any signs of tampering with the package or repacking. You can always reject it and we will get back the package as-is condition. Once the package is returned we will issue you a refund the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 working days. If the packaging is perfect but still after opening the package, you find any particular product missing or the product is damaged because of poor handling, do not panic. Please write to us at info@swadsamriddhi.com within a span of 2 days from the day of attempted delivery. We will confirm with the delivery partner and once your return is approved and received by us, either your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment, within 7 working days or the replacement will be delivered within 7-8 working days.
📩 Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Refunds Will Not Be Accepted For:
- Opened or partially used products
- Change of mind
- Delivery delays due to courier
Refund Processing:
- You can request for the return within 3 business days after the delivery.
